I have been living and playing in the Cowichan Valley since 2001. I love to spend time with my husband, my almost 10 year old daughter, our dog and chickens on our hobby farm in Cobble Hill. I love to grow food, get up into the mountains for hiking and camping, or get on the water with my SUP or kayak. I'm excited about a new project in collaboration with Cowichan Valley Therapeutic Riding where I use the movement of the horse as a treatment tool for my patients (its called Hippotherapy; 'hippo' is greek for horse). When I'm not outdoors, I'm playing at work, manipulating and exploring these fascinating machines we call our body and helping you get it back into action.
I'm renting a space in the Village Massage Therapy Clinic, at 3536 Watson Avenue, across from Evergreen School and down the road from Cobble Hill Hall.

Steph Bergman has been an immense help in my recovery following a whiplash and rib injury. After many weeks searching for relief from constant pain, she identified the source of persistent headaches within minutes of our first meeting. She has worked with me to address other pains and problems, providing lasting relief and tools to help maintain proper alignment. I appreciate her explanations, homework and meaningful task approach. Thank you Steph!
One visit to Steph and my pain subsided. I now go on a regular basis to keep myself fit for work. Would not hesitate to recommend.
